Heading to clinic to go over MRI results, but I do have good news to share already! Miss For Cici is now four foot ten (she was four foot seven in APRIL!) and a very healthy 80 lbs. (She got down to 51 lbs during chemo) Also, all her lab results indicate that her body has recovered quite well from all it has gone through: her white blood cell count which was just barely within the normal range in April has doubled, along with her ANC, to sit quite comfortably right in the middle of normal. In other words, her labs look like that of a perfectly healthy and normal kid; youd never know by looking at them that she underwent 6 rounds of chemo and 6 weeks of radiation just a little over a year ago, and still has some tumor tissue remaining on her spine. We are SO Thankful.
