Heading up to Ardbeg, ON for a long weekend for some off roading and camping on Columbus Day weekend. The weather will get down to 40 or so at night, about 60 during the day. We plan on leaving Thursday afternoon around 5 or so and coming back Monday. Feel free to join us for any part of this trip. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: PASSPORT OR ENHANCED LICENSE FULL SIZE SPARE TIRE CB RADIO FRONT AND REAR TOW POINTS RECOVERY EQUIPMENT BUG SPRAY If you dont have these things, get them or dont come. Make sure your vehicle is in GOOD WORKING CONDITION before you leave (4wd, transmission, engine) The more time we spend fixing stuff on the trail, the less time we have to enjoy it. Trip is 500+ miles including trail driving. Primitive camping, no bathrooms or showers. There are plenty of lakes to wash up in though. Make sure you have enough food and a way to keep it fresh for 4 days. Stock or near stock vehicles perform just fine, though skid plates are highly recommended.
