Headline in Tallahassee Democrat is misleading, makes it seem that attorney Tim Jansen representing Jameis Winston has been accused of something bad. No charges against Winston, lawyer denies wrongdoing (did he tamper with the case, for instance). Reminds me of Kato Did It headline in tabloid that resulted in settlement for Kato Kaelin in $15 million libel case against The National Examiner. Publishers said they meant he lied but most people thought it meant he had killed the two victims. Misleading headlines can cost newspapers, despite what story says.
