Headquarters R SIGNALS was visited by Steve Egg Chief Executive Officer for Chartered Institute Logistics & Transport (UK). The visit was arranged to sign the Special Registration Agreement between the Royal Signals and the Institute. The Special Registration Agreement will offer the opportunity of Professional Membership & Registration to Corps personnel within the Logistics & Transport specialist areas. Whilst at Blandford Steve took the opportunity to present Major Richard (Dicky) Dyer BGSU QM(T) with his Chartered Professional Registration certificate. Dicky, as well as being one of the R SIGNALS panel members of the Special Registration Agreement delivering this opportunity to the Corps, is also the Corps first successful applicant to achieve Professional Registration with the Institute via the R SIGNALS Chartered Institute Logistics & Transport (UK) Special Registration Agreement.
