Heads Up! Summer Bodies are made in the Winter! Its true. I started my Fitness Journey in February 2013, and in 4 short months I was wearing a Bikini for the 1st time Ever. Yup...it was the summer of 2013 and I was a 37 years old Momma of 3 when I wore my first bikini. Heres why....I put my health, fitness, and happiness on the front burner for the first time in my life! I started my fitness journey on Feb 18th and I never looked back. Now Im helping others do the same. I want to help you get into YOUR summer body...maybe its not a bikini; maybe you just want to go to the beach and feel comfortable. Or perhaps you just want to be IN a picture on the beach. Oh I get it....there are VERY few pics of me playing at the beach with my kids when I didnt feel good about myself. Lots were taken, but almost ALL were deleted. Totally regretting that now...its like I never existed. I want to help others feel GREAT this summer. Lets start NOW!
