Heads up: AVOID Z57 for their Property Pulse, Facebook page management and SEO. I referred a friend to them and they hooked him up with the incorrect MLS. He never got IDX as there was a complaint with his Board and they charged him for several months of aggravation. They are still trying to get money from him for a service NEVER rendered. I have had a website with them for years and was happy. So I thought that I would get another site. I had even worse problems than my friend. They set up a website that NEVER had IDX which it turns out, they are also NOT an approved vendor with my Board. I was paying $300/month for SEO that basically went nowhere. There were months of silence. I finally got into conversations with the SEO Marketing guy Tyler, but it was too little, too late. I was able to get back half of the money I spend (roughly $600 of 1200) on my credit card and even had acknowledgement from Tyler that they were no longer marketing for me. They charged me again, I charged them back again. They did it again and I complained and changed my credit card number so they could never steal the $600 from me again. Those SOBs did and Capital One allowed them to steal $600 from an account number that they didnt even have instead of having my back. As soon as my REW site is up and running, I am going to cancel my niche site with Z57 and never pay those jerks another dime!!! I HATE Z57!!!
