Heads up friends... You and I both know theres been a black cloud hanging over The Bouquet for some time now... Since January of 2014, the venue has been under new ownership and management... But the same black cloud still owns the building. The new owners have been taking leaps and bounds to rebuild the venues credibility and return it to the days of glory. They are actively doing all they can to make sure that people attending get proper/prompt/friendly service, the bar doesnt run out of booze the night of big shows, and that the musicians are treated fairly and properly. Well... Monday night (8/11), The Bouquets new owners got robbed... There was a whole cut in the floor from the basement into the office (only one person has the key and access to the basement)... All the cash in the office (thousand$$$), hundreds of dollars of liquor, microphones, and event the security camera hard drives were stolen! ...And there was even a hand-written note left from the culprit. Please, show some support for the new owners and give the venue another chance. They need all the help and support they can get after this major set back. Since all signs point to the landlord... Police are not currently doing anything to help. THANK YOU for giving The Bouquet another chance and showing your support for one of Boises most historic, iconic, and beautiful venues. If you pay attention to my posts, you know that Trevor Green is coming to The Bouquet on Thurs. 8/14. Show is only $5/ea and goes from 8pm-11:15pm. Please invite your friends down for some phenomenal live music. Theres a new sound system that fills the room so nicely... Ill be there showing my support.
