Heads up if traveling on County Line Rd! Temporary Lane Closures for Fischer Park work- The City of New Braunfels has announced a partial road closure for the left, east bound lane of County Line Road from Dove Crossing to west of Drawbridge Trail (400 block to approximately 800 block of County Line Road) beginning Tuesday, August 26th, in conjunction with the Fischer Park development project. This portion of the project includes the installation of a new entrance into Fischer Park from County Line Road. The work will require a daily lane closure for three weeks, between the hours of 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. All other lanes will remain open during this time. Construction on this aspect of the project should be completed in the timeframe indicated, weather and other factors permitting. Once the entire project is completed, the 62 acre park will offer a wide variety of amenities including: hike and bike trails, playgrounds, a splash pad, fishing ponds, picnic facilities, a nature center and an outdoor amphitheatre.
