Health departments in every state needs to be scrutinized with a microscope ,specially its substandard purchases of medicines and equipments ,unused equipments in hospitals should be accounted as to why they were bought and why they are not being used ,the nexus that exists between rogue companies and political bureaucratic gang ups should be exposed and people who jump at a doctor for every single mishap as a natural non reacting convenient target should learn to use their guns at these chartans if they have the guts to do so
