Health is not a competition. It is not an appearance. It is not a measure with which to judge, categorize or belittle other humans. It is personal, daily practices that honor yourself and your body. Berating others bodies in the name of health is akin to screaming in the name of silence. When you are happy with yourself and your choices, you dont walk around looking to point at others (perceived) problems. I do think putting your own health on your priority list has amazing benefits. Really worth considering if you dont currently. But you wont find me yelling about any one elses choices. I expend that energy focusing on my own.
