Health tip: It takes 21 days to adapt your body and brain to a fit/ healthy lifestyle. Id like to challenge some of you to 21 days of healthier living. Something as simple as giving up sodas and juice for 21 days and I promise on the 22nd day you wont desire to drink a soda. If you dont like plain H20 add sliced citrus fruit to your water such as lemon (which curves your appetite), oranges, tangerines, or grapefruit.. GN!!
