Health…true Health will not happen inside the gym…it happens during the other 23 hours. Yes, I own a gym. But please know this about what I do, I did NOT open endorphasm because of what you might lose…I opened endorphasm because of everything you can GAIN! When the music is pushed up a notch and your pace quickens. When every nerve is alive and your greatest passion is front and center in your mind, feeding you, strengthening your body and spirit. Endorphasm poetically captures what so many of us have struggled to put into words. Those that understand it are moved by it, come back for it, embrace it. One day…(maybe, I hope that day for me personally is when Im dead)…you wont be able to do this…but today….today, it NOT that day! I am a champion. It is because I know the endorphasm that I chose to live a positive life, to be confident, to follow my dreams and live with integrity…its all about the endorphasm…I GOTTA have it!
