The Role As Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will generate new business and develop existing client relationships. Reporting into the Branch Manager, your role will be varied and fast paced, liaising with clients and candidates on a regular basis, and identifying, qualifying and matching suitable candidates. You will also need to comply with relevant legislation with regard to the supply of healthcare and nursing staff, along with adhering to CQC and NMC procedures and guidelines, care standards, and domiciliary national minimum standards where applicable.
