Healthy Boundaries Sometimes people post things onto my wall. The motive is usually neighborly. Sometimes, it is manipulative and/or argumentative. Regardless of the poster’s interior state, I generally remove the post. “But why, pray tell, would thou do such a thing?” I’m glad that you asked, self-serving hallucinated conversation partner! I do it because I want my public life (and hopefully private) to role-model healthy boundaries. “Me thinks that thou takest thyself too seriously.” Such is probably the case, but my choice is my choice. That, my hallucinated other, is what boundaries are about…. No means no…..does not refer only to physical rape. “Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.” Healthy Boundaries.
