Healthy Food For Thought: (Lunch, Dinner) Pan Seared Sockeye Salmon & Snow Peas in Oyster Sauce. This was a simple and flavor meal that could be served as pictured or over Rice/Riced Cauliflower. Total prep time from start to finish (and plating) was less than 20 mins. Just a thought.....Try not to rule out a meal such as this for the Kiddoes (because of the ingredients). My daughter was particularly fond of this dish (although prepared for my lunch) and this was her first time partaking in the flavors of Salmon and Oyster Sauce combined. You may be pleasantly surprised at how developed their palates are...just be open to trying new dishes and introducing new flavors. Be Healthy, Be Strong, Nourish your Body and Live Fit!!
