Healthy Food For Thought: (Post Workout/Lunch) Cheesy Black Bean & Corn Brown Rice Quesadilla, Greek Yogurt for dipping and Mango Orange Greens Smoothie. PWO/Lunch was quite simple today, but really tasty. I was out of Salsa, but using the Greek Yogurt made up for it. The Quesadilla was prepared with a Food For Life Brown Rice Tortilla (one of my new food finds at Whole Foods) and layered with Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese/Black Beans/Corn/Serrano Peppers/Onions/Bell Peppers. This simple meal only took mins to prepare and can be adjusted to accommodate any taste. Be Healthy, Be Strong, Nourish your Body and Live Fit!! (Remember) Properly fueling your body after a training session is extremely vital to your recovery and progress.
