Healthy Mustard Roti Ingredients: 2 cup Corn flour A bunch Mustard leaves 1 cup Spinach- finely chopped 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger paste 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 Onion-small- finely chopped 3-4 Red Chillies- finely chopped Salt to taste 2 tsp Vegetable oil 2 tbsp Ghee Method: 1.Wash the mustard leaves and cut it finely. Boil the mustard leaves along with spinach for 10 minutes in half cup water. 2.In pan heat oil, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, let them crackle. Add the ginger, garlic paste, boiled mustard leaves, saute well and cook for 4 minutes. 3.Now grind the above ingredients in a mixer to coarsely paste. 4.In a bowl, add the flour, salt, 1 tsp ghee, knead well into soft dough. Add the pasted ingredients, onion, chillier to the dough. 5.Make medium size balls of the dough and press carefully with finger into slightly thick roti. 6.In griddle heat ghee, put the roti and cook for 4-5 minutes in low flame.
