Healthy Nut Mix Serves: 10 1/4 cup servings Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10-15 minutes Ingredients: 1/4 cup raw steel-cut oats 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup coarsely chopped raw cashews 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds 1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut 1/4 cup sliced raw almonds 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil 1 teaspoon honey Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix in coconut oil and honey. Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 10-15 minutes, stirring once through the cooking process. Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet. Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days or in the freezer for up to one month.
