Healthy Tip: Tahini is a thick paste made from sesame seeds which is incredibly versatile. The two most common forms are hulled (which has the outer husk of the seed removed), unhulled, and more recently, black (made from black sesame seeds). Tahini is a good source of calcium (unhulled and black have around 90mg/tablespoon, compared to 20mg/tb for hulled), healthy fats, iron and vitamin E. Tahini works well in sweet dishes, and also makes a delicious dressing with lemon juice and a little seasoning. From Lucy
