Healthy tasty meal: saute shrimp, roasted asparagus and brown rice. Shrimp: 1 lb of shrimp 2 tablespoons of mince garlic 1/2 c of sweet or Spanish onion 1/2 c of bell pepper red or yellow 1 tablespoon of butter Roasted asparagus: 1 lb of asparagus Sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons of Dried rosemary 1/4 teaspoon of oregano Roast on cookie sheet for about 15 mins until tender Brown Rice: 1/2 low sodium chicken both 1 cup of uncle Ben brown 2 cups of regular water May need additional water.
