#HealthyTip - When was the last time you completely emptied your mind? Throughout the day your mind is the garbage tip to the world around you. Like a bin at the end of the day you need to tip out the rubbish then press delete. We all know that feeling of our minds feeling clogged, not enough room to think, your brain feeling so busy it cant find the calm. Within you there is stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat to everyday to be at one with yourself, where you will find clarity, calm and a chance to declutter your mind to emptiness and stillness. Step 1. Meditate in the morning before you rise for at least 10minutes to start your day with clarity. Step 2. Meditate before you sleep to empty the trash from your mind from that day because how many of you sometimes find it hard to sleep as your mind feels to clogged and to busy to calm down. #Meditation before bed will put your mind at ease, give you clarity and stillness.
