Hear our cry this morning Heavenly Father. Many have cried all - TopicsExpress

Hear our cry this morning Heavenly Father. Many have cried all night long. We have cried to those who didn’t want to hear us. We have cried to those who didn’t want to help us. But Lord we thank you that you always hear the cry of your children. Your word says that weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. Thank you Lord, that in spite of all that we may have gone through we still have joy. Forgive us once more and again of all of our sins, and then forgive us for taking matters into our own hands choosing our plan over yours. Where we tried to help our own cause, and even tried to help others when we knew we were worse off than they were. Please have mercy today Father. Thank you for being our joy, our peace, our healer, our deliver, our hope, our righteousness, our burden bearer, our comforter, our provider, and our friend. Thank you for knowing what we need before we even ask. Yet we ask Heavenly Father, because you are the only one who can help us in times like these. Father, we pray now for the children in every third world country who are homeless, orphaned, malnourished, diseased, and dehydrated. Then we pray for the children right here in our own nation. Those who are hungry, being abused, kidnapped and those who are victims of gun violence and other senseless tragedies. Lord we can hear the faint sound of the trumpet’s call. Remind us today Lord just how soon it will be for the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Help us to be ready. May we rescue from loss, the time that we have wasted. Help us to be productive and profitable members of the body of Christ, witnessing to a dying world until Jesus comes. Let those who are sick and afflicted rise again. Those who are weary give them the courage and strength to hold on until their change comes. And most of all may we all learn to pray even the more in the midst of troubling times. Then keep us Lord, even when there are times that we don’t want to be kept because of the weakness of our flesh. We are so often our own worst enemy. Our flesh cries out to be satisfied but in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, please Lord let your will be done in our lives. We want to please you. We know that it hard to tell at times, but we really do. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen and praise God.
