Hear this from over 45 years ago. Help will not come from the government. It must come from the Rich among our own people. Money to bill an economic base for Black people. White people got their while Black people were being denied. They got land and money. To suggest that poor Black people cant handle or dont know what to do with this opportunity is to disrespect you own and perpetuate the belief of the White man. It has never been done. You dont know what you can do until you try it. You have not because you ask not. I am asking for that opportunity with every intention to prove the White man wrong.
