Heard a certain director of a major program fired a secretary on his own and then, on his own, pulled another person from another program on his own and told the other person that was not her job. The Tribal Leadership seems to fear this person, because this person does not have a degree but is in charge of a major thing that impacts many people and there have been major screw ups in the past but no consequences. Ever.
