Heard on the news today that a man killed at least 4 people because of their barking dogs! I dont condone killing people over barking dogs but i understand. In my neighborhood barking dogs is a major problem and hosing them down with water only works for a few peaceful minuites! I swear my husband may stroke out from screaming at them! The only time they are fairly quiet are when the neighbors home! How many dogs are too many dogs in this village? Dont tell me to call anyone been there done that.
