Moreover if you get a job on your own & still give the company 40% just because youre under them. Thats not right. Worldwide standard is 20%. Its call management fee. Sounds fair? Its reasonable. We are not earning 100k for every job man. Those new, who wants to be in this industry dont hesitate to approach me. I can share or give some tips for you. Enough for you to prepare to walk the walk.
