Heart Chakra exchange... with gratitude of being in the NOW! I am sitting here this evening with my headphones in listening to some wonderful reiki music healing every part of me. Attuning my chakras by singing and healing stretching movements, and WOW something went POP from within and all these wonderful emotions have come over me. Being in the NOW, this moment and have observed myself... and I have created such a wonderful world from within me. I am surrounded with SO many, many, wonderful people. I have just cried just looking at all those people who I now call my soul family and I wouldnt change my life for anything. I had to share my heart as it opened up to me just now to share. We live in a crazy busy society that we have created for ourselves - not a crazy busy World which I hear so many people speak in the stressed out voices not understanding they create their own lives which by the way isnt our beautiful worlds fault! The World is rotating and moving at a wonderful pace, and this evening I just STOPPED and tapped into its calming flow and observed all the wonderful things I have around me, the people I have connected with throughout my life journey. How much I have grown again... In this moment I am proud of myself. In this moment I grateful for every single life lesson that has been brought to me. In this moment NOW - I Georgina Beament would like to thank you for BEING here with me. I feel so much gratitude within I wanted to share that with you. In spirit I am holding each of your hands as we dig deeper and deeper into our Awakening World
