Heart Healthy tip for today: Be sure to exercise regularly: Incorporating physical activity daily for 40-45 minutes is essential to maintain your physical fitness level. It not only helps you in burning excess calories but at the same time it helps to improve cardiovascular system and builds a positive attitude. Huge shout to My Uncle Donnie Huggins, my good friend and my mothers neighbor Mr. Jim J Redick, and my cousin Sheronda Hamm-Washington for their support! Thanks for believing in the effort guys and thank you for boosting me ahead of my sisters. I know that each of you have first hand experience with this MONSTER and I continue to keep you in my prayers. R.I.P. to my cousin Olay Hamm!!
