Heart breaking story on the ironman as one of the competitors daughter was one of the little children killed in the Sandyhook tragedy. He is competing in her memory. He told his daughter before she died that one day he was going to compete and now he is, he said he is also doing this to show his son that it is ok to go on with life and do things because our loved ones want us too.. God bless him and everyone who gets up everyday after a loss because sometimes getting out of bed is the hardest battle we face
