Heart melting time....meet Brownie another newbie to Oggie - a 4mth old toy poodle. He had his 1st puppy trim today and was so good. The dryer frightened him so we only did a wash of all the hygiene areas and feet and legs which quickly dried and just introduced him to the dryer rather than terrified him for the whole bath today. Mum has been snipping around his eyes so he got used to the scissors very quickly and ear plucking was needed straight away as they were full of fluff so he coped well with this too....all told I was amazed with everything we managed on this 1st ever groom and the family were amazed he didnt bark when they left him...Oggie has that calming influence though! See you next year tinker when we will be doing your brothers too!
