Hearts of Oak have appointed FIFA Marketing Consultant Neil Amstrong Mortagbe as the club’s Managing Director. The decision was taken by the Board of Directors of the club at a meeting at the club’s secretariat on Thursday evening. The appointment letter confirming his job, duration and terms of reference will be delivered to him next week. Mortagbe was former chairman of the club’s National Chapters Committe-which is the umbrella body for the club’s supporters.
