Heat up your workout today with a double blast of kettlebell power!! Try this awesome total body move... Clean Squat Press: Drop the bells into a slight swing between your legs (palms turned out). Clean them up tight to your body finishing in rack position (fingers touching in the middle of your chest). Squat in deep and use the explosive power from your core to help you press the bells over head. With control bring them back down slowww to rack position before you drop in for the next clean. I wanted to show you side angle too so you could see the form of this movement.
