Heather and her friend Hannah were out strolling and ended up in the shelter. Heather is a little chihuahua girl, only 13 pounds. The shelter can be scary for the little ones, and Heather is scared with all the strange noises and people. She is on the Code Red list and may be euthanized at 2:00 PM, Monday August 12.
