Heaven help me make it through this neck issue Im having again. It seems to be getting worse every time, and harder to fix. I keep having major muscle spasms in my neck and left shoulder, and no amount of rest, heat, or stretching has helped. Im not sure if its a pinched nerve that is causing it, or what, but its agonizing, nauseating pain. Only relief Im able to find is by slapping on like 4 pain patches, but I doubt thats healthy. I think Im going to patch the worst pain spots and try to clean my house... maybe blocking the pain so I can move freely will help loosen it all up? Im at a loss here...
