Heavenly Father, As we gather together we pray for calmness and stillness in our hearts and minds. We ask that you would clear our minds of troubling thoughts…remove the anxiety , worry and feelings of being out of control. We ask Lord for mental clarity and alertness today. We ask that you would help us to rise above lack of sleep. We ask that you would help those who feel like they are in a fog from their pain and grief or confusion. We ask Lord, that you would help those whose minds keep drifting back to unpleasant memories and hurtful words. Set them free Lord. Help them to think on things that are pure and lovely and true and noble, so they will find peace. Help us to remember that as a man thinks, so he is. Help us purge anger, and bitterness and differences of opinions. Help us to purge the things that divide us and make us harsh with each other. Speak your truth to us Lord. Reveal your will and teach us how to have the mind of Christ. Help us to not fill our minds with things that will draw us away from you. Not everything is a sin, but not everything is good or helpful for us either, Lord. Teach us to value our days, to make the most of our lives and time…May we glorify you in the things we say and do Lord. Father, for those today who are dwelling on the thought that life is too hard and they can’t go on… we ask for your divine intervention. We ask that you will send your angels to protect them and send someone to show love and speak your truth to them Lord. We pray that those contemplating a permanent solution for their temporary problems, that they would find help and hope today Lord. We thank you Father God, that you see all and know all. Thank you Lord that as long as we have breath there is hope. Lord, please mold and shape us into your likeness and into the men and women you want us to be. Strengthen us and hold us when we need comfort Lord. May each one praying today feel loved…may they feel how valuable and adored they are by you. Heal their hurts Father and touch them to the very core of their being so they feel content, confident and secure in you. Please meet every need, spoken and unspoken we pray. In Jesus name we pray, Amen Hope you have a peaceful day today!
