Heavenly Father, Today, we want to lift up all those who are needing moral support. So many are dealing with being neglected, shunned, abandoned, unsupported, misunderstood and rejected. Father, we lift up all who are isolated and alone. We pray for all the spouses who have become caregivers, for the children that are caring for sick parents, for the parents who are caregivers to their children and grandchildren. Many are trying to face all these things, while battling their own illnesses. Father, we pray for healing. we pray for relief…we pray for rest for the weary, we pray for the needed resources and financial provision. Father, for those who are battling depression because they are so overwhelmed and isolated, we ask for blessed relief and for your hope to flow through them. Father, for everyone who is dealing with an illness and is having to cope with it alone…for those who are finding little, to no understanding or compassion, we pray for the same things as we asked above. We are called to serve and minister and so many just arent rising to that call, Lord. Help those who have a voice, to speak out and raise awareness and educate others on how to help the hurting, the lonely, the sick, the bullied,the caregivers and the misunderstood. We pray for comfort and healing for all who have been hurt, especially by other Christians. We pray for healing of wounded spirits. We pray they can let go of anger, unforgiveness and bitterness and we pray that those feelings will be replaced with your love as they focus on you and all that you are, instead of focusing on all the things that others arent…or things they have or have not done. Father, there is so much that’s not right in our world, there’s so much that’s not right in the church. and we are asking for help to bring about change. The enemy is the one that keeps things hidden in the dark. We pray that the needs of so many will be brought into the light of day. We pray that you will teach people to have compassion like Christ and help us all feel a need to help our brothers and sisters. Let change begin with us Lord one person at a time even if it’s just a word of encouragement, a phone call of concern. or just letting someone know that they are being prayed for. Help us to be the people youve called us to be. help us to prepare ourselves as a bride prepares for her groom. Father, please meet every need that is spoken and unspoken. It’s hard to cover all the needs here, but we know that you know us each by name and you know our needs before we speak them. May there be an outbreak of hope, healing and awareness for these things, Lord. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
