Heavenly Father, the emotional walls I put up around me are invisible to you; you see my heart and my thoughts. My emotions are completely exposed to you my sweet Lord. I try to hide and keep things from you but I’m only fooling myself. Father God help me come to you before things get out of hand, before the tears drown out my cries. I long to have a permanent connection with you as a Father and daughter should. My precious Father do away with my pride, with my need for control and help me surrender all to you…always. Amen
