Heavy Equipment and busses used to wedge striking farmworkers from union leadership on August 8, 2014 at Sakuma Bros. Farms. The anti-union security consultant Rhett Searcy and his brother Ryan Searcy, a known anti-immigrant and vigilante militia supporter and head of the rebranded Food Defense and Safety team at Sakuma Bros Farms is responsible for using military maneuvers against farm workers. On that day, Carmen Juarez and other farmworker leaders used their bodies to try to stop the equipment from being moved, once parked they just walked back and forth between the heavy equipment without despite the blatant intimidation. #BoycottSakuma boycottsakumaberries
