Heavy frost in the Reardan, Wash. area is sticking to the conductor and causing transmission problems. We are working to remove the weight of the frost on the lines. The lines are de-energized during this process and we are working methodically so not to remove the frost too quickly as doing so could cause the line to snap. No customers are without power during this process due to redundant feeds to the communities in that area. This quick video shows a bit of the process.
