Heavy rains due to typhoon causes landslides in North of Catanduanes Heavy rain due to typhoon Melkhala (international name) over the weekend causes the road from Virac to Pandan impassable. Landslides and devastated bridge cut off the national road to the north part of the province that made it impassable for any 4-wheel vehicle. It was really difficult now because the bridge is broken. There is now way to cross the bridge, but through the river down below. We still dont know how long this would be over one of the residents of Barangay Tubli. Some students studying in CSU from the municipalities of Caramoran and Pandan are worrying as this is their Mid-Term week and they dont know if they will be given special examinations, some opted to take banca- a wind sailing vessel and take the route to Bagamanoc just to attend classes. PS: Dont have your pedicure. It will just be draggled. ;)
