Heba Atef Al Momani Job Opportunities HR Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia The client is based in Riyadh and is a Multinational Medical Devices vendor. The role is a full time position based in Riyadh with 40,000-45,000 SAR per month as a fixed package (basic+housing+transportation). Job Purpose: This role will require a key focus on helping improve human capital outcomes that affects business performance, using HR knowledge on engagement, performance management, and attraction at the country level to provide strategic solutions. In this position, you will be an HR Generalist who is able to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to influence change within the Saudi organization. This is a ‘one-person’ department with only Govt Relations reporting to the manager. Main areas of responsibility: Lead the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Responsibility for all part of these areas: ü HR Financial budgeting, cost planning and control ü HR Reporting ü Payroll administration, management & reporting ü Recruiting and staffing logistics; ü Employment permit administration; ü Organizational and space planning; ü Performance management and improvement systems; ü Organization development; ü Employment contracts, compliance and reporting; ü Employee orientation, development, and training; ü Policy development, documentation and implementation ü Employee relations; ü End of Service facilitation; ü Compensation and benefits administration; ü Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; and ü In addition to these, may perform other duties as assigned and required Coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs; in line with HR services direction. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department including but not limited to the administration of the HR policies, procedures and programs. Key working relationship: Internal KSA Distributor management and HR/Admin/Finance team, MENA employees in XXX, HR community within XXX. External Services provider :insurance companies, recruiters, consultants JOB HOLDER’S SPECIFICATIONS Education ü Minimum a Bachelor’s degree ü HR or management related) postgraduate degree (MBA) Work experience ü At least 8-10 years experience in HR ü Experience in Saudi Technical Knowledge: Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge decisions & facilitate change Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills A sound knowledge of employee practices and employment law Experience of working in culturally diverse environment Attitude: Must have ‘PERCH’ personality.
