Hebrews 10:5 Hence, when He(Christ) entered into the world, He said, Sacrifices and offerings You have not desired, but instead You have made ready for me a body(to offer). AMP Sacrifices and offerings, running around, working for God with the impression to please Him is no place near His delight. From the beginning of creation , Gods original intent was to prepare man a body which will be offered back to Him to become the habitation of His presence, through which He will fully exhibit His awesome glory. The problem of our fathers in the old testament with God was firmness and inflexibility to the workings of God. They were so accustomed to doing it their own way, gaining righteousness by the law rather than doing it Gods own way. That cancer has slowly crawled into our generation. Many a times, we frustrate God by our works, we want to work it out for God: He is the builder whose building standeth sure for ever. The psalmist said: Except the Lord built a house, they labor in vain that build. Stop labouring to please God and let Him prepare you a body which He will require to fill and use as it pleases Him. Lets cease from our labors and allow God do it His own way which works in Jesus name. Experience a glorious Monday. GoldSeries.
