Hebrews 13:15 NIV Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess His name. Many of us are planning on going to a church service in the morning. I wonder if we have the right heart attitude. Do we just want to hear them sing our favorite song or style of music? Do we hope the pastor will preach just what we want to hear? Or, are we coming with hearts full of praise and thankfulness? Can we offer a sacrifice of praise...even when things are not going like we want them to? Do we come to church to receive something or to give the Lord our lives in complete surrender and devition? Not sure why I am sharing this or who needs to hear this, but God would not let me fall asleep until I obeyed Him. There is no condemnation in these thoughts. I wrestle with these questions in my own life. Tomorrow, I am choosing to bring a sacrifice of praise as I come to worship...
