Hebrews 2:1-2 SINCE ALL this is true, we ought to pay much closer attention than ever to the truths that we have heard, lest in any way we drift past [them] and slip away. 2 For if the message given through angels [the Law spoken by them to Moses] was authentic and proved sure, and every violation and disobedience received an appropriate (just and adequate) penalty, Hebrews 5:11-14 Concerning this we have much to say which is hard to explain, since you have become dull in your [spiritual] hearing and sluggish [even slothful in achieving spiritual insight]. 12 For even though by this time you ought to be teaching others, you actually need someone to teach you over again the very first principles of God’s Word. You have come to need milk, not solid food. 13 For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet. Milk is already digested someone else has applied Gods word to their life situation and has grown in their walk, but for others it is Milk. Those that hear and accepts the word with understanding and chooses to apply the word to our lifes problems will grow in understanding and more will be given this is the meat!!! We learn by doing Gods word or will in our lives this is meat by experience this will bear fruit!!! 14 But solid food is for full- grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law Matthew 13:15 For this nation’s heart has grown gross (fat and dull), and their ears heavy and difficult of hearing, and their eyes they have tightly closed, lest they see and perceive with their eyes, and hear and comprehend the sense with their ears, and grasp and understand with their heart, and turn and I should heal them. Matthew 13:19 While anyone is hearing the Word of the kingdom and does not grasp and comprehend it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is what was sown along the roadside. Matthew 13:17 Truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous men [men who were upright and in right standing with God] yearned to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it. Matthew 13:23 As for what was sown on good soil, this is he who hears the Word and grasps and comprehends it; he indeed bears fruit and yields in one case a hundred times as much as was sown, in another sixty times as much, and in another thirty. You must understand the will of God the Father here in these scriptures!!! God the Father wants us to apply His words to our lifes problems, We must choose to be a doer of Gods word to be over comers in this world!!! We all need to read and pray about these scriptures in these parables!!! Matt 13 ; 3 F. F.Mark 4 ; 3 F. F. Luke 8 ; 5 F. F.
