Heidi shares: Richard (my hubby and first ambassador) shares what Plexus has meant to him: I did like most men do, I let my wife try the products first before I even gave it a thought. My thinking, well if it works I can join in later and if not well no loss. My weight loss at first was rather slow. I didnt see the scale move really much at all although my wife kept telling me I was shrinking. I started with slim/accel and it was not until I added the pro bio5 and bio cleanse that I really started to see results. I have to say though the first time I took pro bio and cleanse I felt awful and threw up. Looking back I know its because of all the abuse I have done with unhealthy eating habits over the past many years. From that night on I have felt better and better every single day.
