Heidi writes: I have a question about training.... I used the c25k program, and can now jog 5 km, I tried the c25k (10 k) program, but found it too hard, mainly for time contraints and heat issues (its hot here) so I decided to stick to just doing the 5 k, every second day. I have knee/foot/hip issues too. I cruise at approx. 9k p/h, I was wondering should I accept and cruise at this speed, or try to improve my speed? and how? I struggle as is to complete the 5k, and when I have tried to lift my speed, it has led to me failing to complete the 5k? what is the best way to go? I dont think Im that interested at this stage about running longer distances.
