Helen and I are bringing back the blog! In our past Ironman life we kept a weekly blog of our journey via this link, it was a load of fun, kept us honest and from the feedback we received seemed to help people facing similar challenges. Any way, here we are two kids later and about to embark on an (albeit shorter) journey to the finish line of Comrades at the end of May. The question we have is this... as a) we have both stuck on just over a couple of stone, and b) well be following a high fat low carb diet we thought wed call it... Two Fat Comrades. Will that offend people?
