Hell ya its scary. Not knowing what life is in front of you. Spending your days questioning yourself, your happiness. Living on empty, emotionally and financially. Being happy one day and thinking you have it figured out, just in time to realize you dont and you are making no progress. Heck ya its scary when you feel a void inside your soul so deep you could land a plane in it. Why do we feel this? Why are we scared? Why do we question our every move and allow others to make moves for us In directions we dont want to go? Well lets break it down. Its NOT $. While money is great its not even close to the answer. Well if I was rich I could do what I love to do BS. Ive been poor and Ive been well off. Both of which I remained equal. Ive been lost and depressed even when I was at my richest. Its NOT YOU. What? Its NOT? Well metaphorically speaking yes it is you but its not. Its your mind, its your inability to maintain. You have a goal you have a vision and its clear. But you fall away, something comes up life throws a nasty ass curve ball and you jump out of the batters box. Its not until you forget how scary that ball was that you jump back in the box. THIS is what you need to solve. How to stay in that box when life just scars the hell out of you. When all the pressure and anxiety has turned you into an emotional roller coaster ride, this is when you stand tough. This is when you maintain this is when you need to be brave to yourself. To your dreams, to your passions. This is when you say I can do this. I can overcome. See the brain will try and trick you. Make you feel like you are worthless regardless of success . Add a little negativity from loved ones and friends and you have a world class anxiety salad topped with failure salad dressing. Dont fall for it , dont fall for the chemical imbalance. Rise above what your mind says. The easy way out is to fold until you feel like getting back in that box. I say you are better then that, never back out of that box. Life doesnt have to suck , it doesnt have to be as hard as you make it out to be. It can be yours in the way you vision it. Not in wealth of bank accounts but through strength of character.
