Hell yes she should be allowed to sue! If all states had laws against keeping wild animals this wouldnt have happened! From this point forward if we stop importation of wildlife and ban owning wildlife (including native) it would cut back on attacks and the need of rescues and sanctuaries for animals that dont even live on this continent! Within so many years rescues and sanctuaries could focus primarily on native wildlife and try returning as many as possible back to their natural habitat! Humans dont have the right, as alot of arrogant assholes think, to own another living being!
