Helllooooo people!! I hope your weekends were good and ready for a busy, energetic POSITIVE start to the week!! Lets not hate Monday lets make it our b***h !! Make sure you use that little warm up in the mirror this week when you wake up I bet you it changes your day!! Remember first step to a healthy body is a healthy mind so lets focus on that this week!! Once we control that controlling our food cravings and the effort to work out becomes a breeze!! Ive started planning next week already so keep posted for more details throughout the week , session times will be open to sign up from Wednesday, and they will close Friday night. From this weekend guys if you place your name down for a session and simply dont turn up please dont expect to have the opportunity again, and constant excuses to why you cant make it last minute will also not be welcomed, you can only not feel well so many weekends in a row after that you need an attitude and positivity check!! Because even illnesses can be controlled by positive thoughts, try it, it works!! So lets get pumped and ready for An amazing week and to those that turned up on the weekend start putting what you learnt into place, I wanna hear some awesome portion meals people tried and loved and some workouts people nutted out, take away for this week is A LITTLE BIT OF SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN A LOT OF NOTHING!!!
